Cambridge Real Estate Services is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Portland, OR
Compensation: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
Would you like to make a difference at one of the largest Portland area property management companies? If so, and you are an experienced, energetic, and talented professional we would like you on our team! We are seeking an experienced individual for an Accounts Payable Specialist role to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Summary
Responsible Accounts Payable function.
Duties
- Process electronic and hardcopy submittals generated by site personnel
- Process timely and accurate payment of property expenses
- Assist in the oversight of property cash flow including required bank account transfers
- Reconcile bank statements
- Responsible for stale-dated check processing
- Process replacement reserve withdrawal requests
- Maintain electronic files
- Process monthly health insurance billing
- Assist business records maintenance
- Process monthly health insurance invoices
- Process property payroll reimbursements
- Assist with payable records management and filing
Qualifications
- A.S. degree in Accounting or a minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.
- Yardi experience
